About Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a multidisciplinary artist based in Raleigh, North Carolina. A graduate of NC State University with a degree in Art Studies, English, and Anthropology, her work is grounded in a lifelong fascination with symbolism, semiotics, and the emotional weight of color and form. With a background spanning ceramics, dance, and drawing, Elizabeth discovered a deep resonance with stained glass—an ancient medium that seems to defy a period of time. 

A play on her initials, EM, Emme Glass was born as a desire to explore her psyche through various stages of her life. Her work explores themes of transformation, memory, and meaning, drawing on both personal mythology and art historical motifs.
